Small developing-country stock markets offer superior stock-picking opportunities to active fund managers, because they are less dominated by passive investment vehicles such as ETFs.

Our Objective

Kyklos Capital Partners LP seeks to generate high risk-adjusted investment returns, using an active unbenchmarked strategy focusing on high-quality companies, which are acquired at low valuations.

Our Strategy

Kyklos invests in listed stocks in stocks of the global small developing countries. We are index- and market-capitalization-agnostic. Our portfolio consists of high-conviction positions in 20-40 stocks. We are long-biased and do not use portfolio leverage. Our portfolio companies generate high and sustainable financial returns and sustainable long-term growth, with low debt levels and strong barriers to entry. We buy stocks at deeply discounted valuations to our estimated fair market value. We target initial holding periods of 18 months, and we average over 2 years, to realize targeted values on our positions.
